About this role
Lead NetSuite ERP administration and optimization for Arctic Wolf's cybersecurity platform. Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Revenue teams to configure scalable workflows, manage integrations with platforms like Avalara and Coupa, and ensure SOX compliance across quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
Must have
3+ years of experience with Business Systems and Administration
Experience with Finance/Accounting platforms such as NetSuite, Avalara, Coupa, Zip, or Navan
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and data analysis
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes
Knowledge of SaaS business models and subscription billing
Familiarity with SOX requirements and financial controls

Configure and maintain NetSuite based on user needs and operational requirements
Serve as business systems consultant ensuring solutions align with objectives
Recommend system configuration changes and process improvements
Administer workflows, scripting, and day-to-day system support
Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners on requirements
Act as primary point of contact for business system inquiries and support
Lead business system change initiatives from planning through implementation
Create and maintain system documentation, process guides, and knowledge resources
Deliver training sessions for end users impacted by system changes
Provide production support and troubleshooting for assigned business systems
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Support user acceptance testing and post-deployment stabilization
Assess impact of system changes on downstream and upstream applications
Collaborate on user access management and role-based security
Support audit, compliance, and documentation requirements

Reports to Business Applications team at Arctic Wolf
Focus on NetSuite as core ERP for Finance, Procurement, Revenue and Accounting
Serves as functional and technical owner of multiple ecosystems
Supports end-to-end processes across Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, expense management and Revenue Recognition
NetSuite Suite Foundation Certification preferred
SaaS and Cybersecurity industry experience preferred
Experience in hyper-growth distributed environment preferred
Remote position based in Canada
