Business Systems Manager - NetSuite
About this role
Lead NetSuite ERP administration and optimization for Arctic Wolf's cybersecurity platform. Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Revenue teams to translate business requirements into scalable configurations, workflows, and integrations across Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and revenue recognition processes.
Must have
3+ years of experience with Business Systems and Administration
Experience with Finance/Accounting platforms such as NetSuite, Avalara, Coupa, Zip, or Navan
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and data analysis
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Working knowledge of Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes
Understanding of SaaS business models and subscription billing
Strong understanding of financial controls and SOX requirements

Responsibilities
Configure and maintain NetSuite based on user needs and operational requirements
Serve as business systems consultant ensuring solutions align with business objectives
Recommend system configuration changes and process improvements
Administer workflows, scripting, and day-to-day system support
Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners on requirements
Act as primary point of contact for business system inquiries and support
Lead business system change initiatives from planning through implementation
Create and maintain system documentation, process guides, and knowledge resources
Deliver training sessions for end users impacted by system changes
Provide production support and troubleshooting for assigned business systems
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Support user acceptance testing and post-deployment stabilization
Assess impact of system changes on downstream and upstream applications
Collaborate on user access management and role-based security
Support audit, compliance, and documentation requirements
