About this role

4-month co-op placement supporting energy efficiency program delivery in British Columbia. You'll handle application administration, customer relationships, and program metrics analysis using a house-as-a-system approach to improve home efficiency and comfort.

Must have

Active enrollment in post-secondary education in Environment, Science, Business or Engineering

Strong oral and written communication skills

Customer service experience

Proficiency with MS Office with emphasis on Excel

Ability to work well with all levels of management and external contacts

Must be located in British Columbia

Responsibilities

Support application administration including intakes, transfers, cancellations, and assignments

Prepare information requests for customers and assessors to address submission deficiencies

Maintain customer satisfaction and develop relationships through business development activities

Analyze program metrics related to application administration and energy savings

Identify process optimization and improvements

Prepare and maintain reports to manage and monitor project activity
