Install, maintain, and repair medical diagnostic equipment at customer sites across Quebec. Provide technical service for mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic, and refrigeration instruments while ensuring compliance with Health Canada and FDA regulations.
Associate degree or higher in Electronics, Mechanical, or Robotics Engineering
2+ years hands-on experience repairing electronic or electro-mechanical instruments
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly
Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic, and refrigeration instruments at customer sites
Document service activities per Health Canada, FDA, and company policies
Maintain timely communication with internal teams and external customers
Expand product and application knowledge through continuous development
Represent the company with integrity and maintain high customer satisfaction
Provide customer training and support as needed
Reports to Regional Field Service Manager as part of Canadian Field Service Team
Up to 80% travel required including flying, driving, and overnight stays
Travel primarily domestic with occasional international travel
Bonus and incentive pay eligible
Hourly range CAD 40.00-44.00 stated in posting
