About this role

Lead global data and voice infrastructure operations at a major asset manager. Oversee vendor relationships, manage Cisco-based network technologies, and drive automation across distributed enterprise environments.

Must have

5+ years supporting network solutions in distributed medium to large enterprise environments

Experience with Cisco Nexus OS and Catalyst IOS switching architectures

Experience with Cisco SDWAN, routers, ASA, and wireless technologies

Experience with routing protocols and load balancers

Ability to diagnose production issues and work with vendors

Understanding of ITIL framework

Oversee outsourced vendor ensuring quality service delivery and SLA/KPI management

Partner with Technology teams to support global data and voice environments

Manage network infrastructure using established operational standards

Define and improve operational processes and service standards

Monitor infrastructure performance and address service issues proactively

Lead incident resolution and participate in major incident management

Identify automation opportunities and support production implementation
