About this role
Build and operate ML infrastructure for a football intelligence platform serving NFL clubs and NCAA teams. Design scalable training pipelines, model serving APIs, and GPU cluster management with focus on reliability and cost optimization.
Must have
4+ years of experience in ML platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD, containers, and cloud infrastructure
Hands-on experience managing GPU clusters and training/inference pipelines
Familiarity with data orchestration and storage formats such as Delta, Parquet, Polars, and Spark
Proven ability to ship and operate production ML systems with SLOs
Strong Python skills and comfort with infrastructure as code and automation
Experience with observability and cost optimization at scale

Design and operate ML infrastructure including data, training, serving, and inference systems
Build scalable pipelines with reproducible training, evaluation, versioning, and artifact tracking
Optimize compute and cost by tuning GPU and CPU workloads and managing clusters efficiently
Serve models in production via APIs with autoscaling and safe deployment strategies
Ensure reliability and observability by defining SLOs and instrumenting pipelines and services
Secure and automate deployments through IAM, secrets management, and infrastructure as code
Collaborate with research scientists and AI engineers to deliver models from experiment to production
Document and enable teams through templates, runbooks, and internal tooling for ML workflows
