About this role
Senior product leadership role driving multi-vertical platform strategy across healthcare lines of business including Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. Leads through influence and direct/indirect management of PMs, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.
Must have
Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or SaaS
Proven track record managing successful products from concept to launch
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms

Responsibilities
Develop and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business goals
Conduct user research and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities
Create and maintain product roadmaps balancing customer value and technical feasibility
Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support for successful launches
Own delivery of roadmap features and escalate blockers during development
Define KPIs and track impact/ROI to evaluate product success
Develop go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales to drive adoption
Oversee full product lifecycle from ideation through potential sunset
Champion intuitive and accessible user experiences through research and prototyping
Continuously refine products based on feedback, data, and market trends
Lead or partner with other Product Managers based on scope and product area
