About this role
Lead infrastructure investment and development opportunities for airport and transportation projects globally, with focus on U.S. markets. Direct acquisitions, financial modeling, debt financing, and consortium coordination for large-scale P3 transactions.
Must have
Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or related field
MBA or equivalent advanced degree considered an asset
Minimum 10 years experience in infrastructure advisory, PE investment, or related industry
Leadership experience with direct reports required
Experience working within a highly regulated industry
CMA, CPA or CGMA designation
Highly proficient in Microsoft suite with strong presentation skills

Responsibilities
Screen and evaluate new project development opportunities against strategic plan
Develop commercial structure and financial sections for RFI, RFQ and RFP responses
Lead consortium formation strategies and coordinate partner discussions
Build and oversee financial models for business case assessment
Coordinate due diligence plans and review advisor reports
Evaluate debt financing options and develop financing plans
Negotiate financing term sheets and agreements
Present investment recommendations to Executive Team and Board of Directors
Maintain project pipeline tracker and monitor progress against growth targets
