About this role

Provide consultative support and hands-on engineering for ClickHouse enterprise customers across design, architecture, integration, and implementation. Blend project engineering with L1-L3 support while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams in a globally distributed, remote-friendly environment.

Must have

5+ years in Professional Services, Support, TAM, Engineering/SRE, or Project Management roles

5+ years implementing, operating, or supporting scalable distributed database management systems

Technical depth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, and big data

Experience leading and shipping large scope technical projects with multiple engineers

Expertise with a public cloud provider and infrastructure as a service offerings

Responsibilities

Serve as team member on customer projects focusing on design, architecture, integration, implementation, and documentation

Provide case-initiated consultative support to strategic users for implementation, onboarding, and production launches

Provide architectural, technical, and migration assistance including hands-on tasks

Handle L1 to L3 support cases and communications when not assigned to customer projects

Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to contribute to roadmap and account plans

Develop public and internal documentation, knowledge base articles, learning content, blogs, and benchmarks

Assist with hiring and mentoring new team members as the team scales

Be available for on-call scheduling and up to 35% estimated onsite regional travel for 24x7 global support
