Staff Product Manager – Platform at CaptivateIQ, owning critical platform capabilities for Compliance, Identity, and Authorization (CIA). You'll define strategy and roadmap for authentication, authorization, permissions, auditability, and compliance features to make the platform secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready.
Must have
8+ years of product management experience with platform or technical products
Strong technical fluency partnering with senior engineers on system design
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for ambiguous problem spaces
Track record of delivering scalable platform capabilities in a SaaS environment
Direct experience owning compliance identity authorization or security product areas

Own long-term vision and strategy for compliance identity and authorization across the platform
Translate company customer and regulatory needs into a clear prioritized product roadmap
Serve as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding customer needs
Advocate for platform consistency reuse and developer experience
Improve internal product surfaces APIs and tooling that other teams build upon
Lead discovery definition and delivery of platform capabilities with Engineering and Design
Write clear product requirements balancing security usability and extensibility
Act as trusted partner to Engineering influencing technical direction
Collaborate with Customer Success Sales and Support to unblock enterprise deals
