About this role
Lead offensive security operations for Instacart's product suite, conducting penetration testing and scaling security defect discovery across mobile, AI, and cloud environments. Mentor team members and integrate security testing into the SDLC.
Must have
7+ years of experience in Security Engineering or Penetration Testing
Experience in mobile app penetration testing, AI security testing or cloud penetration testing
Experience with threat modeling, security assessments, and security architecture reviews
Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize security initiatives
Ability to balance urgency with shipping high-quality pragmatic solutions
Solid self-management and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of remediation techniques for application vulnerabilities
Ability to create detailed technical documents for cross-functional teams
