About this role
Lead QA for a digital banking modernization initiative, designing test strategy and building automated test suites. Hands-on role covering performance, security testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration with ultimate UAT signoff responsibility.
Must have
5+ years recent experience in QA Automation and Test Leadership roles
Hands-on expertise with modern automated testing frameworks for UI and API testing
Experience with performance testing tools and security testing methodologies
Strong analytical skills for defect management and root cause analysis in complex multi-vendor integrated environments
Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments

Develop the master test strategy, test plans, and test cases covering all facets of the digital banking platform
Build and manage automated testing frameworks, performance testing, and security testing protocols
Lead business validation testing, regression testing, and operational testing across multiple environments
Drive defect triage and prioritization, and manage the ultimate UAT test signoff and business approval process
Implement CI/CD pipeline test integrations and automated deployment workflows
