12+ years in enterprise technology or business systems
5+ years leading application platform teams at Director level or above
Demonstrated experience scaling Salesforce orgs with CPQ and Billing in production
Track record leading quote-to-cash transformations end to end
Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and HR/HCM systems
Strong expertise in integrations, APIs, and event-driven patterns
Experience building and managing teams of architects, developers, and analysts
Experience owning multi-million-dollar platform budgets and vendor negotiations
Experience in multi-entity or post-acquisition environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Own the multi-year enterprise applications roadmap for Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, and connected systems
Lead the quote-to-cash transformation from opportunity through revenue recognition
Own and improve cross-functional processes including procure-to-pay and hire-to-retire
Lead day-to-day delivery of implementations, enhancements, and integrations
Serve as product owner for core enterprise platforms with real-time prioritization
Drive integration execution and data quality across systems of record
Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements
Establish architectural standards, governance, and DevOps maturity
Build, grow, and lead a team of architects, developers, administrators, and analysts
Partner with executive stakeholders across Finance, Sales, RevOps, HR, and Operations
Manage platform budget, vendor relationships, SI partnerships, and license strategy
Own strategic vendor relationships with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Coupa
Reports to the Chief Information Officer
