AI Product Manager
About this role
Lead AI product strategy and development across Employ's recruiting platform portfolio (Lever, Jobvite, JazzHR). Define and deliver AI-powered capabilities including assistants, agents, automation, and intelligent recommendations for 23,000+ global customers.
Must have
5-8+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing software products
Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products
Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered products or partnering with AI and data science teams
Strong product strategy skills including roadmap development and prioritization
Experience translating emerging technologies into intuitive customer experiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed decision making
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, and business teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including senior leadership presentations
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered capabilities across the Employ platform
Identify opportunities where AI can improve customer workflows and create differentiated experiences
Lead evolution of AI capabilities including assistants, agentic workflows, and intelligent recommendations
Partner with engineering and data science teams to evaluate emerging AI technologies
Work closely with design to create intuitive, trusted, and user-centered AI experiences
Establish product success metrics using customer feedback, experimentation, and analytics
Collaborate with legal, privacy, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI development
Balance rapid innovation with platform reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability
Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders
Support product launches, customer adoption, and go-to-market activities for AI capabilities
