About this role
Lead enterprise cybersecurity programs using Agile methodologies to deliver strategic security initiatives including IAM, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, and SOC modernization. Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen organizational security posture.
Must have
7+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years managing enterprise cybersecurity programs
Proven experience delivering large-scale security programs
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks
Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Align
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks
Experience with Value Stream Management
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
