About this role

Join Autodesk's Foundation Models team to build analytical and financial models that guide AI adoption, monetization, GPU economics, and strategic planning. You'll shape business strategy for AI investments across Autodesk's platform, modeling GPU utilization, inference costs, and revenue impact to inform executive decisions.

Must have

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent

5+ years experience in business strategy, analytics, strategic finance, or similar analytical role

Experience building financial and business models across adoption, usage, revenue, and compute costs

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with Excel required

SQL or Python familiarity preferred

Experience with GPU economics, cloud infrastructure economics, or AI infrastructure cost modeling

Ability to analyze GPU utilization, scaling behavior, and cost-to-serve dynamics

Ability to create structured presentations and strategic narratives

Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and structure complex problems

Strong communication skills to translate analysis into actionable insights

Responsibilities

Build analytical and financial models quantifying business impact of AI across Autodesk's platform

Develop forecasts for AI adoption, usage, revenue influence, GPU consumption, and inference costs

Construct business cases to guide investment, prioritization, monetization, and pricing

Model and optimize GPU economics, cloud compute costs, and inference economics

Analyze GPU demand, utilization, and unit economics to improve infrastructure efficiency

Translate product telemetry into insights supporting monetization and cost management

Create executive presentations communicating strategic recommendations and tradeoffs

Collaborate across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Build repeatable dashboards and reporting frameworks to track AI adoption and performance

Operate as self-starter working independently in ambiguous environment
