About this role
Lead enterprise cloud consulting engagements as the primary client contact, orchestrating delivery across complex multi-year programs. Drive account growth, manage P&L for $1M+ projects, and advise C-suite stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives at OpsGuru, a Carbon60 company.
Must have
7+ years project and program management in professional services or consulting
Proven track record managing enterprise client project portfolios
Expertise in enterprise project delivery finances including P&L and budget forecasting
Exceptional executive communication and C-suite presentation skills
Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and program governance best practices
Proven escalation management and delivery quality guardrails experience

Lead portfolio of interconnected projects and multi-year programs for strategic enterprise clients
Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships with high-level strategic guidance
Oversee financial health of engagements including revenue forecasting and profitability
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment managing scope and budgets
Analyze progress and adapt scope, timelines, and costs to meet client expectations
Establish scalable project management practices to maximize engineering team efficiency
Monitor resource needs and allocations across projects ensuring appropriate staffing
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, change orders, risks, and delivery KPIs
Collaborate with sales team to identify growth opportunities and drive upselling
Lead clients through organizational changes associated with enterprise transformations
