About this role
Join Irth (formerly Boréalis) to build a SaaS platform for stakeholder relationship and ESG management. You'll develop features using React and Node.js in a 100% remote, AI-innovation-driven environment with a collaborative international team.
Must have
Education in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in software development
Excellent proficiency in Node.js and React
Experience with Git and software development best practices
Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
TypeScript, Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch experience is an asset

Design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements
Contribute to technical decisions and software architecture evolution
Ensure quality, performance, security, and stability of applications
Collaborate with team members to implement effective technical solutions
Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and Agile development

Improve development practices, tools, and CI/CD environment
