Develop and design Java microservices and frontend applications for Sephora's high-availability eCommerce platform. Lead cross-functional design decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure reliability and scalability of enterprise eCommerce systems.
Strong Java development experience with microservices architecture
Experience with frontend application development
Proficiency in object-oriented design principles and data structures
Knowledge of DBMS/SQL and database technologies
Understanding of software engineering best practices
Experience with high availability distributed systems
Ability to design for reliability and scalability
Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks
Load and performance testing experience
Mentoring and guiding junior engineers
