About this role

Strategic and highly technical product leader responsible for defining and scaling the shared services layer that powers product innovation across Wave. Manages a team of Product Managers and drives adoption of core platform services, APIs, and workflow capabilities for internal customers.

Must have

8+ years of product management experience with complex technical products

2+ years leading product teams at Group level or above

Experience owning platform, infrastructure, API, or developer tooling products

Strong technical fluency in distributed systems and platform architecture

Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field

Proven ability to define product strategy and prioritize across multiple stakeholders

Strong people leadership experience including developing Product Managers

Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

Define and lead product vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for Core Services group

Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Data leaders on technical direction

Own Core Services orchestration layer across systems, services, and data flows

Drive adoption of shared services through onboarding, enablement, and documentation

Define and monitor platform health metrics including adoption and reliability

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers

Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and business stakeholders

Identify and leverage AI-enabled capabilities to improve product velocity and quality
