Must have

7+ years of product management experience with ownership of integrations, platform, or ecosystem surfaces

Direct experience building technical integrations in a multi-party ecosystem

Strong technical fluency with third-party integration patterns, data sync, webhooks, and auth/OAuth

Track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations with engineering teams

Evidence of turning platform or ecosystem into competitive advantage

Clear, confident communication for aligning internal teams and external partners

Bias for action and ability to create structure in ambiguous, fast-moving space

Responsibilities

Own the MCP and AI ecosystem strategy and become a thought leader on AI in HR

Ship integrations including MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors

Build durable foundations for authentication, agentic execution frameworks, and evals

Be a technical thought partner to Engineering on MCP tool design and integration infrastructure

Drive go-to-market with partners, Product Marketing, and Partnerships teams

Own key results across integration and MCP adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth
