Lead machine learning efforts at Hightouch, building AI-powered personalization, identity resolution, content generation, and ML infrastructure for an Agentic Marketing Platform. Drive product development, team growth, and technical execution while leveraging customer data to create intelligent marketing capabilities.
Must have
Proven experience leading machine learning teams and initiatives at scale
Strong technical background in ML systems, infrastructure, and product development
Track record of hiring and developing high-impact engineering talent
Experience with personalization, recommendation systems, or identity resolution
Ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic business tradeoffs
