Engineer and operate enterprise Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Entra ID while building and governing the Power Platform ecosystem. Lead environment architecture, security governance, and enable AI-powered automation across the bank.
4-7 years of experience in M365 platform engineering including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID
Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, environment setup, DLP policies, and connector architecture
Familiarity with environment provisioning workflows, security groups, licensing models, and ServiceNow intake processes
Strong understanding of identity, conditional access, and M365 security baselines
Experience managing enterprise-scale tenants, integrations, and governance models
Ability to work across technical and business teams driving standards and secure design principles
Own and manage the full M365 ecosystem including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and identity security integrations
Ensure platform reliability, availability, tenant hygiene, configuration currency, and alignment with enterprise security policies
Lead Tier-3 level engineering tasks, service hardening, integration enablement, and support migrations to M365
Design, build, and maintain Power Platform environments including Dataverse-enabled environments in alignment with M365 standards
Define and maintain naming conventions, environment architecture, security groups, provisioning workflows, and lifecycle management
Implement AI-enabled or Copilot-related features following environment configuration practices
Govern connectors, DLP policy alignment, permissioning, environment boundary controls, and support intake processes
Partner with business and citizen developers to safely scale Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse usage
Implement and maintain Power Platform governance including security, DLP, connector access, licensing alignment, and audit requirements
Build reusable frameworks, templates, and integrations supporting automation initiatives across the bank
Role is central to modernization of M365 services and expansion of Power Platform capabilities supporting automation and AI-enabled experiences
Partner with security, architecture, and governance forums to ensure environments meet internal standards
Contribute engineering expertise for platform-wide modernization initiatives including identity, lifecycle management, and COE toolkit optimization
