Master's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field
Professional experience in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Strong data management skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage confidential paperwork
Monitor student progress throughout practicum placements
Host live and virtual office hours for student support
Assist students with practicum extensions, site changes, and terminations
Collaborate with site supervisors and faculty on academic alignment
Track student hours and identify red flags for escalation
Review and ensure completeness of practicum documentation
Maintain student records including evaluations and feedback reports
Respond to student emails and support tickets within 24 hours
Forward issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Reports to Manager of Practicum Coordination
Permanent position working remotely within Canada in Eastern time zone
Primary link between students and their clinical posts
