Must have

Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science

4 to 6 years of related experience in business systems analysis

Database skills with Snowflake, Oracle, PLSQL, SQL Server, or Terradata

ETL development experience with SSIS or Informatica

Programming skills with Python or PowerShell

SQL programming language proficiency

Report development experience with SSRS or Power BI

Responsibilities

Translate complex business requirements into comprehensive functional and non-functional technical specifications

Develop and review business system requirements and design documents

Design and implement database systems achieving 100% uptime with 24/7/365 availability

Optimize database administration tasks including configuration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning

Troubleshoot and resolve critical problems across database system tiers

Research and deploy business and technical solutions into production following change management

Monitor and optimize infrastructure based on resiliency, technology, and cost

Review IT service levels specified in SLAs with business stakeholders

Lead team of business systems analysts managing resources and project assignments

Write and maintain system protocols, user documentation, and operational run books
