You'll drive delivery across multiple concurrent engagements, establish engineering standards, and evaluate AI-assisted development tools.
10+ years of full-time industry experience in design technology or creative development
At least 2 years in a people manager role

Lead and manage a team of technologists and web developers with direct reports

Lead planning and execution across multiple concurrent engagements
Collaborate with development partners on technical direction and standards
Stay informed on emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry trends
Make architectural decisions balancing scalability, maintainability, and delivery speed
Maintain deep full-stack expertise across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Evaluate and implement AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Claude Code
Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts with appropriate technologies
Partner with designers and strategists to translate design intent into technical architecture
Establish engineering standards, code quality expectations, and QA practices
Identify technical risks early and communicate trade-offs clearly
