About this role
Build AI-powered workflows and data-driven product capabilities across Kaseya's IT management platform. Focus on applied ML, model development, and production integration of AI features for classification, recommendations, routing, and automation. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI capabilities and establish best practices for responsible AI usage.
Must have
5+ years experience in data science, ML engineering, or applied ML production role
Experience building ML models for classification, recommendation, similarity, ranking, or prediction
Proficiency with Python, pandas, SQL, and PyTorch for data analysis and model development
Experience with PySpark or similar distributed data processing frameworks
Experience integrating ML models into production systems via APIs, microservices, or batch workflows

Analyze product and customer data to identify patterns and modeling opportunities
Build and productionize ML models for classification, recommendations, similarity, ranking, routing, and prediction
Design AI-powered workflows that transform unstructured inputs into structured data
Partner with Engineering teams to integrate ML models and AI workflows into production systems
Define evaluation methods, telemetry, feedback loops, and monitoring practices for AI features
Build reusable patterns and best practices for data ingestion, feature creation, and responsible AI implementation
Provide technical guidance to product teams on AI opportunity sizing and ML design trade-offs
Mentor junior data and ML engineers through code reviews, model reviews, and technical coaching

Base salary range is CAD $220,000 – $280,000 per year
