About this role
Lead a small team maintaining and enhancing an e-signature platform built on Azure, .NET, and Angular. Balance operational excellence with product enhancements in a mission-critical real estate transaction system.
Must have
6+ years developing large-scale distributed systems
6+ years with .NET Framework, .NET Standard, or .NET Core
3+ years with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience building reusable Angular components and integrating with RESTful APIs
Prior experience leading or managing a small engineering team
Strong cross-functional skills working with Product and IT teams
Experience coordinating deployments and releases with IT and operations
Demonstrated experience maintaining a production SaaS platform
Solid understanding of application security and e-signature compliance concepts
Understanding of DRY, SOLID, and KISS principles
Experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS and/or PaaS
Background in high-growth Agile SaaS-based engineering organizations
Experience using AI-assisted development tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Lead and manage a small team of full-stack engineers with mentorship and feedback
Maintain and enhance a secure, scalable e-signature platform on .NET
Implement new Angular-based features and resolve front-end defects
Own platform reliability, monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning
Uphold security, integrity, and auditability for e-signature compliance
Operate and enhance the platform on Azure with cloud best practices
Partner with Product and IT to plan and coordinate deployments
Participate in and coordinate incident response and on-call support
Collaborate with AI-enabled development tools to improve delivery efficiency
Identify technical requirements and prioritize work with product owners
Participate in peer reviews of solution design and code
Perform performance tuning, testing, refactoring, and automation
