About this role
Design and deliver intelligent AI solutions that automate workflows and improve knowledge access for enterprise customers. Lead technical architecture from discovery through production deployment using cloud AI platforms, LLM orchestration frameworks, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Must have
Experience integrating with cloud AI services such as Amazon Bedrock or Amazon SageMaker
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for building enterprise AI solutions
Comfortable working in Python for AI application development and orchestration
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications with prompt engineering and tool-calling
Experience designing and implementing RAG systems including vector stores and hybrid search
Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel
Proven experience as Solution Architect, Lead Engineer, or Senior Engineer designing enterprise solutions
Experience with AWS including networking, IAM, container orchestration, and serverless services
Experience instrumenting AI solutions with logging, monitoring, and feedback loops

Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions to identify high-value AI and automation use cases
Translate business objectives into technical designs covering workflows and integrations
Design and implement AI Agentic solutions that reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks
Build solution workflows using planner-executor, supervisor-worker, and human-in-the-loop patterns
Implement RAG pipelines including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and hybrid search
Apply prompt and policy design techniques to improve quality and reduce hallucinations
Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, and collaboration tools
Define guardrails and safety controls including authorization and PII protection
Deploy solutions using cloud native patterns with containers, serverless, and CI/CD
Design solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio with custom actions and enterprise connectors
Define and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement and production readiness

Base salary ranges from 104000 to 174000 CAD with bonus eligibility
