Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
2+ years hands-on experience building worksheets, dashboards and alerts in Kinaxis Rapid Response
Technical knowledge of SQL, data integration concepts, APIs, batch jobs, and ETL
Strong knowledge of Kinaxis platform data modeling concepts including table structures and linkages
Ability to develop and execute test scripts, validation plans, and system documentation
Basic understanding of Java, .NET, and SQL for troubleshooting application logic and database queries
Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud environments for deploying and maintaining applications
Experience working in regulated healthcare, pharma, or life sciences environment with CSV and GxP understanding
Own and manage supply chain planning and reporting applications throughout their lifecycle
Serve as technical specialist gathering and analyzing business needs and architecting solutions
Lead system testing execution and change management in regulated and non-regulated environments
Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, defect tracking, and issue resolution with IT and business teams
Act as primary liaison between IT, business process owners, and external vendors
Implement solutions aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements
Maintain system documentation including functional requirements and validation plans
Ensure systems remain in validated state throughout their lifecycle
Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements, workflows, and process improvements
Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications
Collaborate with IT teams to develop and deploy configurable solutions in Rapid Response
Develop and execute test scripts, UAT scenarios, and validation plans for implementations and changes
Manage risk assessments, audits, and regulatory inspections related to system validation
Oversee system upgrades, patches, and maintenance recommending enhancements as needed
Manage issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution for system defects

Estimated base salary range is $88,000 to $110,000 annually with potential discretionary bonuses
Role requires experience in regulated healthcare, pharma, or life sciences environment
Nice to have Kinaxis Author Level 1, Administrator Level 1 and Integration Level 1 certifications
Basic project management experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies preferred
