About this role
Lead practitioner onboarding and growth strategy at a health technology platform serving 125K+ practitioners. Own the end-to-end activation journey from sign-up through first treatment plan, driving product-led growth through experimentation and cross-functional collaboration.
Must have
8+ years of Product Management experience with complex cross-functional initiatives
Significant experience owning SaaS onboarding activation or product-led growth initiatives
Strong understanding of customer journeys funnels behavioral data experimentation and growth metrics
Demonstrated success improving activation engagement retention through experimentation
Experience partnering with Design Engineering Data Marketing and customer-facing teams
Strong product judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity with structure and clarity
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills influencing senior leaders
Experience using AI tools to improve product discovery delivery analysis or decision-making
Builder mindset with passion for creating testing learning and improving

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for practitioner onboarding activation and early adoption
Own end-to-end onboarding journey from sign-up through first treatment plan and Assist activation
Design and deliver product-led growth initiatives improving activation engagement retention and adoption
Identify customer journey pain points using experimentation behavioral data and customer insights
Partner with Design Engineering Data and cross-functional stakeholders throughout discovery and delivery
Lead product discovery translating ambiguous problems into clear priorities roadmaps and execution plans
Define success metrics and optimize onboarding through experimentation analytics and customer feedback
Collaborate with Marketing Customer Success and Sales for seamless customer journey across touchpoints
Influence product strategy beyond single roadmap by connecting practitioner needs business goals and platform opportunities
Leverage AI tools for product discovery delivery and decision-making and partner with AI teams for practitioner onboarding
