About this role
Lead frontend technical strategy for Affirm's core consumer marketplace and app experience across iOS, Android, and Web. Drive React/TypeScript architecture, design systems modernization, and cross-team collaboration on high-impact product features.
Must have
8+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience working across multiple teams and driving horizontal initiatives with demonstrated leadership
Experience delivering major features, system components, or deprecating existing functionality through technical and execution plans
Strong verbal and written communication skills for global team collaboration
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience

Set technical strategy for frontend surfaces on a year-long time scale aligned with critical business-impacting projects
