Must have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

5+ years of engineering leadership experience managing multiple teams

Proven experience leading teams in cloud-native environments

Experience with remote-first and globally distributed teams

Track record of delivering enterprise software in regulated environments

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure, high-quality software

Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation practices

Partner with Product, Design, and Architecture on product roadmaps

Ensure team alignment with business outcomes through KPIs

Build high-talent culture through hiring, coaching, and career development

Champion engineering excellence via code quality and technical reviews

Manage offshore teams to internal standards and delivery expectations

Own operational health including uptime, incident response, and compliance

Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and automation

Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve challenges and deliver solutions
