Architect Kong Identity's multi-tenant identity platform supporting complex organizational hierarchies, cross-tenant isolation, and enterprise-grade security controls. Lead technical strategy for developer experience, SDKs, webhooks, and compliance frameworks.
Must have
7+ years building production identity platforms handling millions of auth requests daily
Deep expertise in OAuth 2.0 extensions, OpenID Connect, and emerging standards like GNAP
Proven experience architecting multi-tenant identity platforms with complex isolation
Strong background in cryptographic protocols including JWT patterns and HSM integration
Experience with SAML federation, LDAP/AD bridges, SCIM provisioning, and custom adapters
Track record building developer-first identity platforms with SDKs and webhook systems
Expertise in high-performance system design with horizontal scaling and caching
Knowledge of service mesh identity patterns and workload identity bootstrapping
Experience with compliance frameworks including SOC 2, FedRAMP, and GDPR
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives in complex regulated environments

Lead observability integration with distributed tracing and security event correlation
Mentor teams on zero-trust architectures and service mesh integration patterns
