About this role
Flying Bisons seeks a UI/Brand Designer to define visual direction for enterprise digital products and brand identities. You'll lead design processes, facilitate client workshops, and mentor junior designers in a strategic design consultancy serving major European and Middle Eastern clients.
Must have
3+ years of documented commercial experience
Extensive portfolio of commercial projects
Extraordinary skills in layouts, grids, UI patterns, color theory, typography
Good command of written and spoken English and Polish (B2+/C1)
Great communication and presentation skills
Proactive attitude with problem-solving ability
Good understanding of business and technology

Responsibilities
Define visual direction and style for digital products including typography, colour, UI patterns, and design systems
Lead and direct design process for a wide range of products
Develop brand identity and guidelines ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Lead UI projects and direct design process from concept to delivery
Collaborate directly with clients, facilitate workshops, and present design concepts
Improve workflows, establish internal design processes, and maintain visual standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including researchers, strategists, content writers, developers
Create marketing and communication materials
Design or refine logos when required
Mentor junior and mid UI designers providing training and support
