Works independently to analyze processes, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure adherence to the Bank's Risk Management Framework. Requires fluency in French and English.
Must have
Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent combination
Fluent in French and English for business operations

Responsibilities
Supports implementation of risk management programs and frameworks
Monitors first line jobs for adherence to defined processes and procedures
Develops documents and maintains business group procedures
Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
Builds change management plans and leads change activities
Tracks exception and exemption requests and corresponding approvals
Supports design and development of 1LOD risk management programs
Conducts or supports self-assessments to demonstrate control effectiveness
Identifies investigates analyzes documents and mitigates program risks
Supports business through internal external audits and regulatory examinations
Develops and delivers training and awareness programs on risk management
Analyzes impact and effectiveness of programs through periodic reviews
Recommends adjustments to programs policies or processes
Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
