Lead warranty administration and customer satisfaction initiatives across a dealer network in Montreal. Drive warranty waste reduction, dealer compliance, and customer retention through field engagement and process improvement. Remote position based anywhere in Canada with regular dealer visits and occasional customer meetings.
Bachelor's degree preferably in commerce or marketing
Strong communication and leadership capabilities
Superior analytical abilities with great decision-making skills
Bilingual oral and written French and English
Valid driver's license
Willingness to travel regularly for dealer visits
Improve customer retention through warranty administration and satisfaction processes
Conduct regular face-to-face dealership contacts across the district
Develop and execute business plans for warranty waste reduction objectives
Manage effective use of courtesy transportation program
Ensure dealers maintain comeback logs for repeat repairs
Leverage customer satisfaction indices to achieve first-time fix rates
Develop plans to achieve district customer participation amount for goodwill
Assist dealers with elevating cases to technical assistance center
Meet occasionally with end customers to resolve compliance and warranty issues
Administer regular warranty labour rate reviews and verification processes
Ensure minimum training standards are met by all dealers
Host and present at regular district business and performance meetings
Support corporate audit process and implement corrective actions
Support legal team with cases as needed
