Lead growth and player behavior analytics across sportsbook, casino, and poker products. Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and VIP to drive player engagement and retention through advanced analytics, ML, and AI tooling.
3+ years in analytics, ideally within gaming, sports betting, or consumer product with behavioral data
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, engineering, computer science, or related quantitative field preferred
Strong SQL fundamentals with advanced concepts like window functions, CTEs, and complex aggregations
Comfortable working directly in Snowflake with large datasets
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and distill complex analysis for non-technical audiences
Solid understanding of A/B testing and experimental design including statistical significance
Experience with funnel and cohort analysis including player lifecycle and retention curves
Working knowledge of ML concepts and hands-on experience applying AI tools to analytics workflows
Familiarity with dbt transformation workflows preferred
Python proficiency for analysis, automation, or lightweight ML work preferred
Knowledge of segmentation models, propensity scoring, churn prediction, or LTV modeling preferred
Experience in gaming or iGaming including sportsbook, casino, or poker product mechanics preferred
Experience with incentive or promotion analytics preferred
Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally
Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product and VIP to prioritize analytics initiatives for player growth and retention
Manage end-to-end analytics on bonus programs measuring performance and optimizing structures for player value and ROI
Analyze in-platform behavior across products to uncover engagement patterns, friction points, and monetization opportunities
Translate findings into personalization strategies and product recommendations
Apply ML techniques and AI tools to accelerate insight generation and build predictive models
Continuously raise the ceiling of what the analytics function can deliver
