Must have

8+ years of professional experience in software engineering

2+ years of direct people leadership and engineering management experience

Proven ability to build and develop high-performing engineering teams

Strong technical background with Python, React, TypeScript, Flask/FastAPI, Redux, NoSQL, and Serverless

Solid understanding of AWS, CloudFormation, and Terraform infrastructure

Experience with healthcare regulatory guidelines such as HIPAA and SOC 2

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without visa sponsorship
