Salesforce Business Analyst - Remote Canada Role
About this role
NTT DATA seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst for medium-scale projects focused on integrating core applications with Salesforce. You'll drive transformational solutions by defining system scope and objectives, working closely with vendors, business and IT leaders to elicit and document requirements in a fast-paced service delivery environment.
Must have
6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst is required
6+ years of experience gathering requirements for at least one complete Salesforce project with integrations
6+ years of experience writing business requirements and functional specs
3+ years of experience in SDLC using waterfall and agile methodologies
Technologies
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Administrators, and Developers to design and implement solutions
Analyze and recommend Salesforce standard functionalities before considering custom development
Support release planning, sprint execution, and production deployments
Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and governance standards
Gather and document business requirements for projects and enhancements
Manage and facilitate communications between IT teams, business, and vendors
Assist in formulating and designing system scope and objectives based on user needs
Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential solution options through production deployment
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to project team members concerning Salesforce
Participate in the full software development life cycle
Conduct operational support turnover activities including creation of job aids
Establish and build strong working relations with IT team members, stakeholders, and Senior Management
