About this role

House Rx seeks a hands-on Senior Corporate IT Engineer to own and scale workforce technology across endpoint management, identity systems, SaaS administration, and automation. You'll manage Windows/macOS environments, Okta, Google Workspace, and build repeatable processes in a regulated healthcare setting.

Must have

Demonstrated experience owning corporate IT systems and leading cross-functional technology initiatives end to end

Experience managing Windows and macOS environments in a cloud-first organization with MDM platforms

Experience administering identity and SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365

Strong grasp of SSO, SCIM, MFA, RBAC, least privilege, and identity lifecycle management

Confidence with scripting and automation, particularly PowerShell in Windows environments

Ability to independently troubleshoot complex problems across devices, identity, SaaS, networks, and security

Strong documentation habits and sound judgment around security and privacy

Responsibilities

Own endpoint management across Windows and macOS including provisioning, MDM policies, software deployment, and patching

Administer core identity and SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack including SSO and access policies

Manage employee lifecycle workflows including onboarding, role changes, access reviews, and offboarding

Automate repetitive IT workflows using PowerShell, Bash, Python, APIs, or workflow automation platforms

Serve as senior escalation point for complex issues spanning endpoints, identity, SaaS, networking, and security

Partner with Security on endpoint controls, least-privilege access, logging, incident response, and audit readiness

Build clear documentation, runbooks, and repeatable processes to fix recurring problems at the system level
