About this role
Senior DevOps Developer at D-Wave Quantum Inc. to automate, deploy, monitor and advance hybrid-cloud and on-premises quantum computing infrastructure. Work with Processor Software and Hardware Engineering teams on high-performance quantum and hybrid computing systems.
Must have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years experience architecting and operating SaaS/PaaS web applications on cloud and on-premises infrastructure
Intermediate to advanced Linux system administration skills including troubleshooting and security
Intermediate to advanced experience with Kubernetes
Experience integrating analytics and monitoring systems such as Grafana, OpenSearch, Influx, Zabbix or Prometheus
Proficiency programming in Python, C, Tcl, Ruby, Groovy or comparable language with REST APIs on Linux
Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines and tooling such as Git, Terraform, ArgoCD, Artifactory, Jenkins
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Design, implement, and operate full-stack hybrid cloud, remote, and on-premises infrastructure
Streamline build processes and release management via CI/CD pipelines
Architect, build, and maintain hardware-based CI/CD pipelines
Participate in reviews and compliance for security and performance needs
Respond to operational incidents and perform root-cause analysis
Continuously monitor and improve performance, durability, and reliability of services
Join on-call rotation for off-hours support of services
