About this role
Build and scale cloud integrations for Grafana Cloud Observability, working across TypeScript/React frontend, Go backend, and Jsonnet monitoring mixins. Contribute to open-source projects like Prometheus and OpenTelemetry while shaping the out-of-box experience for millions of users.
Must have
Experience working across full stack with product-focused mindset
Strong backend and frontend experience with Go and TypeScript or comparable languages
Fluency with AI-assisted development and LLM tooling
Comfort advocating for team's work across the organization
Working knowledge of observability ecosystem including Prometheus and Grafana
Strong written communication skills for distributed team collaboration

Responsibilities
Ship features end to end from UI through backend services to dashboards and alerts
Move between React frontend, Go backend, and Jsonnet mixins as work demands
Own projects from problem statement through production and user validation
Represent team externally through design proposals, demos, and roadmap discussions
Contribute upstream to Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana Alloy
Participate in on-call rotation for owned services
