About this role

Build and scale full-stack servicing applications for millions of Rocket homeowners at Rocket Innovation Studio. Lead AI-native engineering practices while modernizing core systems through a System of Record transformation in Canadian fintech.

Must have

5+ years of professional software development experience

Strong experience building production full-stack software

Hands-on experience with Next.js or React and NestJS GraphQL

Hands-on experience with .NET / C# and NestJS GraphQL

Experience deploying applications on AWS with Amazon EKS / Kubernetes

Strong understanding of software design and system architecture

Ability to solve ambiguous problems across distributed teams

Responsibilities

Own full-stack features from problem definition through iteration

Design scalable front-end solutions using Next.js or React

Design scalable back-end solutions using .NET / C# and NestJS GraphQL

Architect deploy and operate applications on AWS and Amazon EKS

Use AI tools and agentic workflows to increase development speed

Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Contribute to architecture and technical strategy decisions

Collaborate across distributed teams including partners in India

Mentor other developers and model high ownership
