About this role
Serve as a Canadian workflow and product subject matter expert for healthcare software implementations, supporting customer readiness, workflow design, demonstrations, training strategy, and post-go-live optimization for 360 Encompass and related solutions.
Must have
Bachelor's degree and five years healthcare consulting, implementation, training, coding, CDI, or HIM experience
Or high school diploma and eight years of equivalent healthcare experience
Three years experience in Health Information Management, Coding, Clinical Documentation Integrity, or healthcare operations
Two years customer-facing implementation, consulting, training, or advisory experience
CHIMA certification or equivalent Canadian HIM designation
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship

Responsibilities
Serve as Canadian workflow and product subject matter expert for 360 Encompass implementations, adoption, and optimization
Advise customers on current-state and future-state workflows for coding, CDI, data quality, reporting, and operational improvement
Support project teams with workflow decisions, configuration recommendations, adoption planning, and change management
Lead customer-facing demonstrations, workflow design sessions, readiness discussions, training strategy, and post-go-live optimization reviews
Support Canadian customer success through adoption metrics, reporting insights, best-practice recommendations, and executive-level communication
