Senior Product Manager
About this role
Own the connective tissue between Elation Health's external vendor and compliance ecosystem and Engineering execution. Translate dense vendor specs, compliance requirements, and healthcare data standards into clear, buildable work for a SaaS clinical platform serving independent primary care.
Must have
3-5+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Program Manager in healthcare tech or regulated industry
Strong data and technical fluency reading API docs and writing SQL queries
Vendor and compliance relationship management experience
Experience working in scrum agile environments with user stories and backlog management
Compliance regulatory comfort with HIPAA HL7 FHIR or similar healthcare data standards
Product development instincts partnering with Design on solution direction
Detail oriented with ability to catch edge cases and ambiguous acceptance criteria
AI proficiency for documentation requirements and communication tasks

Own product health monitoring and insights across the EHR for engineering and product teams
Own documentation and runbook maintenance across vendor integrations
Manage day to day vendor and compliance relationships
Translate vendor specs and compliance requirements into engineering ready user stories
Partner with Design and Engineering to shape solutions and workflow tradeoffs
Talk directly with customers and internal stakeholders to validate problem solving
Project manage vendor integration and upgrade timelines
Partner with Engineering on implementation details and edge cases for vendor facing features
Use AI tools to accelerate documentation requirements drafting and stakeholder communication
