About this role

Lead enterprise Azure architecture for Carbon60's OpsGuru division, designing landing zones, governance, security, and multi-workload cloud transformations. Drive digital transformation programs across regulated industries with deep Azure-native expertise and executive stakeholder engagement.

Must have

10+ years in cloud or enterprise architecture roles

7+ years hands-on Azure experience with platform design and migration

Proven experience leading multi-workload enterprise Azure programs

Strong background in security governance and compliance frameworks

Experience developing Azure landing zones and CAF-aligned architectures

Experience with hybrid integration identity federation and networking

Deep knowledge of Azure-native services across all domains

Experience with cloud native modernization patterns and containers

Prior consulting or customer-facing architecture experience required

Strong communication and executive presentation skills

Certifications preferred AZ-305 AZ-500 AZ-700 AZ-104 TOGAF or SABSA

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise Azure architecture across landing zones identity networking security and governance

Author and validate HLDs LLDs blueprints and architectural roadmaps

Define target state architectures aligned to CAF and Zero Trust best practices

Provide architectural oversight for large-scale Azure transformation projects

Ensure technical integrity risk mitigation and enterprise pattern alignment

Guide engineering teams perform design reviews and support escalations

Define security baselines RBAC models IAM controls and network segmentation

Govern alignment with SOC2 ISO27001 CIS NIST HIPAA and PCI frameworks

Drive architectural decision-making and roadmap alignment with customers

Support presales activities including estimation solutioning and SOW definition

Mentor and upskill engineers and junior architects within the Azure practice

Contribute to internal accelerators frameworks and reusable templates
