Full-stack engineer owning the complete human-facing layer of AI-powered systems at J.D. Power's Innovation Crew. Build production-quality interfaces, observability dashboards, and interaction patterns for agentic AI that make complex systems legible and trustworthy to executives and engineers alike.

Must have

Full-stack engineering with proven frontend depth and production-quality interface delivery

Production experience shipping AI-powered systems with streaming output or agent interaction surfaces

React or equivalent modern framework with ability to design in Figma and implement in code

Experience with agent observability tooling such as Langfuse, LangSmith, or Phoenix/Arize

Data visualization skills for non-technical audiences and WCAG accessibility expertise

Strong product intuition with focus on user needs over decorative interface design

Responsibilities

Own full-stack design and engineering for all Innovation Crew pilots and prototypes from concept to polished interface

Design human-on-the-loop interaction patterns for agentic systems with inspectable traceable observability

Build and maintain shared design system and component library including AI-specific components for Launch Lab consumption

Define UX standards and interaction vocabulary for AI Assistants and Copilots capability pillar across organization

Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders and business unit partners

Champion WCAG accessibility standards and performance engineering across all deliverables
