Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance, Marketing, or related field
5+ years experience in P&C insurance, product management, analytics, underwriting, or pricing preferred
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with ability to interpret market and business data
Experience building reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel and BI tools
Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
Knowledge of insurance product development, pricing, underwriting, and regulatory filing processes preferred
Support development and execution of product strategies that drive profitable P&C growth
Assist in developing rate plans and product enhancement roadmaps
Perform financial, market, competitive, and industry analyses to identify growth opportunities
Partner with IT, Research, Pricing, Claims, Regulatory, Marketing, and Field Sales on enhancements
Assist in developing marketing and product strategies to improve profitability and competitiveness
Support state filing activities by coordinating with compliance and regulatory teams
Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators
Gather, analyze, and format large datasets to support product decisions and recommendations
Support underwriting strategy by assisting in defining appetite and maintaining guidelines
Participate in new product development including competitive benchmarking and vendor evaluations
Manage assigned product initiatives and support project planning, implementation, and tracking
Communicate product performance, state strategies, and key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Support business responses to regulatory changes, operational issues, and emerging market conditions
