About this role

Build and scale Coalition's data platform across the cybersecurity value chain. Design Medallion Architecture on Snowflake using dbt, enable BI in Looker, and create data foundations for AI/ML risk scoring applications.

Must have

Experience with Looker and LookML development

Active user of Cursor or other AI-assisted coding tools

Prior experience in cybersecurity or cyber insurance

Experience building data foundations for AI agents

Responsibilities

Design and implement Star Schema models within Medallion Architecture on Snowflake

Build scalable ELT pipelines using Snowflake and dbt with high data quality and observability

Define and implement SLIs for data freshness, volume, and schema integrity with automated alerting

Develop and maintain the LookML semantic layer for business stakeholders

Implement data masking, RBAC, and secure data handling practices

Act as technical peer through code reviews and sharing dbt and Python best practices

Build feature stores and data foundations for AI-driven risk scoring and automated underwriting
