About this role

Lead how marketing results are defined, interpreted, and communicated across integrated B2B programs at a global growth consulting firm. This client-facing advisory role requires translating complex analytics into clear business insights for senior stakeholders and partnering across strategy, media, and client teams.

Must have

8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or marketing strategy

Strong understanding of multi-channel B2B marketing and measurement

Extensive knowledge of ABM campaign measurement frameworks and success metrics

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences

Experience with GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, 6sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce

Ability to explain analytics and technology to non-technical stakeholders

People leadership experience managing analytics talent

Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

Act as senior advisor to clients explaining marketing performance and recommendations

Develop measurement frameworks aligned to campaign and business objectives

Translate complex data into clear narratives and executive summaries

Partner with Demand Strategy and Media teams to inform planning and optimization

Establish and maintain KPI definitions, benchmarks, and reporting standards

Collaborate with technical teams to validate tracking and data availability

Guide clients through reporting needs and interpretation of results

Lead performance readouts, retrospectives, and optimization discussions

Manage team assignments and develop analytics talent
